Meet Jena

Jena is a Deaf Licensed Mental Health Counselor fluent in ASL, with more than 10 years of professional experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds in mental health and school settings. Jena addresses concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-awareness and identity exploration, life transitions, family and relationship dynamics, and grief and loss.
Her approach is grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed care. She incorporates mindfulness-based coping strategies to help clients develop practical tools for everyday life.
As a therapist, Jena strives to meet each client where they are, honor their unique experiences and strengths, and support them in finding their own path toward healing and growth.
