Meet Kyle

(he, him)

Kyle Kalski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who primarily works with adults seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and the experiences that have shaped who they are today. He has a particular interest in supporting adults who grew up with challenging or traumatic childhood experiences and want to explore how those experiences may still affect their emotions, relationships, and patterns in adulthood.

Kyle’s approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and direct. He helps clients make sense of their experiences, recognize patterns that may no longer serve them, develop and strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. Kyle especially enjoys working with LGBTQ+ and queer adults and creating an affirming space to explore identity, relationships, self-esteem, family-of-origin experiences, and major life transitions.

Kyle brings more than 13 years of experience across family and community-based services, behavioral and mental health, and nonprofit settings including extensive experience serving Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing individuals and communities. He earned his Master of Social Work from New York University and is licensed in New York and Ohio. He provides therapy in American Sign Language and English.
