Meet Lucy

Lucy Taylor is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) currently providing services to clients in Maryland. She earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gallaudet University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gallaudet University.
Lucy is passionate about empowering others to promote healing and bringing compassion, authenticity, and understanding into her work. Fluent in ASL and utilizing client-centered care, she strives to create warm and safe therapeutic settings to allow for growth and self-exploration.
Lucy incorporates Humanistic and Mindfulness approaches in her work, while tailoring therapy to each client's individual goals and needs. She views therapy as a collaborative process and works alongside clients to explore challenges, build on their strengths, and develop greater awareness and self-compassion. Lucy believes that each person brings their own unique experiences and strengths to therapy, and aims to meet clients where they are without judgement.
