Meet Susi

Susi Wilbur is a Deaf Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings compassion, insight, and years of experience to her work with clients. She has served in many different roles as both a social worker and a community advocate, supporting people from diverse backgrounds. Susi provides therapy for children, pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate challenges such as depression, trauma from physical, sexual, or emotional abuse, and major life transitions.
Susi also has extensive experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness in collaboration with community services boards. Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing safety, empowerment, and connection. She values accessible and inclusive care, working with Deaf and hard of hearing clients in a supportive, culturally aware environment.
Before becoming a social worker, Susi worked as an outdoor instructor in Colorado and Wyoming, teaching rock climbing, backpacking, whitewater rafting, and adaptive skiing. She brings this experiential, strengths-based perspective into her therapeutic work, helping clients connect mind and body in their healing process.
