Meet Susi

Susi Wilbur is a Deaf Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings compassion, insight, and extensive experience to her work with clients. She has served in a variety of roles as both a clinician and community advocate, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Susi provides therapy for children, pre-adolescents, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate challenges such as depression, trauma (including physical, sexual, and emotional abuse), and major life transitions. She also has extensive experience supporting individuals with serious mental illness in collaboration with community services boards.
Her approach is person-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing safety, empowerment, and connection. She is committed to providing care within a Deaf-centered, linguistically accessible, and culturally affirming therapeutic environment.
Before becoming a social worker, Susi worked as an outdoor instructor in Colorado and Wyoming, teaching rock climbing, backpacking, whitewater rafting, and adaptive skiing. She brings this experiential, strengths-based perspective into her therapeutic work, supporting clients in connecting mind and body throughout the healing process.
